Online Banking is free to all Bank of Grand Lake customers.

What do I need to get started?

You can access Bank of Grand Lake's Online Banking from any computer with internet access and a web browser. Simply go to the Online Banking sign on, first time users to enroll. We offer instant enrollment for existing account holders so you may begin using the system immediately.

What precautions can I take to keep my information private?

  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Never let anyone else use it, and change it frequently.
  • Never pick a password that could be easily guessed.
  • Never leave your computer on with Online Banking active.
  • When finished, make sure you completely exit the system.

Is Online Banking secure?

Yes. Bank of Grand Lake is deeply committed to the safety and security of all customer information. We use the most technologically advanced ways to safeguard information, including encryption of your personal information. Encryption is a process that scrambles sensitive information into a series of unrecognizable characters so that it cannot be read or used by others.

What if I forget my Access ID and/or password?

Because of our deep commitment to your privacy and the security of your information, we will need a written, signed request to reset this information. You may also request online and answer security question and a code is sent to email address on file to reset. Please contact us for further instructions, or stop by so that we may assist you.

Can I download transactions into my personal finance software?

Yes. While viewing your account activity, click on Transaction Export to download transactions to Intuit Quicken, Microsoft Money, or Intuit QuickBooks
